Ethan Lai is an associate attorney at Martin Law. Ethan represents and counsels employers from a variety of industries in a wide array of labor and employment law matters, including wage and hour, retaliation, wrongful termination, harassment, and discrimination actions. He has also worked on commercial and residential real estate and business litigation cases.
Ethan earned his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law. During law school, he worked on a variety of plaintiff-sided labor and employment matters and also served as a Managing Editor and the Business & Finance Chair of the UCLA Journal of Law and Technology.
Prior to law school, Ethan attended the University of California, Santa Barbara earning his bachelor’s degree in Economics and a minor in Educational Studies.
In his free time, Ethan enjoys playing chess and tennis. A San Francisco Bay Area native, he is an avid fan of the Golden State Warriors.
