Biography
Patricia Lane was born in North Hollywood and is a third-generation Californian. She has extensive experience in law firm leadership and management and has worked for law firms of all sizes throughout her career. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from The Master’s University and is a Certified Legal Manager. In addition to her legal experience, she has extensive volunteer experience, including serving as the president of the 9,000-member Association of Legal Administrators and as a board member of San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program, Parkinson’s Association and San Diego Senior Center.
She has spoken and written extensively on legal management issues and several of her articles have won awards, including “Leadership, Never Stop Learning,” “The Write Stuff” and “The Administrator’s Role in Marketing.” As a result of her leadership, writing and speaking, she was elected as a fellow in the College of Law Practice Management. As the firm’s Chief Administrative Officer, she brings a wealth of experience and leadership to the firm. Her primary focus is on human resources.
