In 2020, Martin Law received a published opinion from the California Court of Appeal that helps employers enforce arbitration agreements against employees who assert that despite signing an arbitration agreement they did not intend to waive their right to a jury trial. Last year, Martin Law also prevailed in a six-day arbitration conducted via Zoom in which the claimant sought a seven-figure recovery. Martin Law currently handles several class actions and PAGA claims on behalf of its clients.
