Seventy percent of our work is defending against single-plaintiff cases involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. Thirty percent of our work is defending against wage and hour class actions and PAGA claims.
We are selective in the cases we handle and the clients we work with. Our attorneys manage less than ten cases on average.
We fight hard for our clients and frequently obtain dismissals. In the past twelve months, we prevailed during a six-day arbitration. In a separate matter, we obtained a published decision that assists employers in enforcing arbitration agreements.
